About the Kangaroo Kabinets Aussie Sewing Cabinet
If you feel like your sewing needs are taking over your space, the Aussie Kangaroo Cabinet by Arrow (formerly by Koala) may be the solution you've been looking for. When fully opened, this cabinet has an amazing 31.5 square feet of sewing space. With the built-in quilt leaf extended and the rolling caddy in use, this cabinet is 99.5-inches wide and 80.5-inches deep. But don't let those measurements scare you. When all the components are tucked away, and the extension leaf is let down, this cabinet is no bigger than a standard dresser or buffet. It's constructed of engineered wood, or MDF, and pressboard to make it lightweight for moving, yet durable enough to last for years and years.
The Aussie has so much surface space, it's perfect for quilting or large sewing projects. There's also plenty of room for multiple sewing machines or sergers. The rolling caddy can be used in two different locations, and when you're done, simply tuck it safely into its storage nook. A lift mechanism on the central portion of the cabinet will move your sewing machine up and down to three positions, and it's adjustable for all machine heights. There's plenty of room in front of the lift for the user to sit in the correct center needle sewing position. Use the quilt extension leaf on the back when working on quilts or curtains to keep your project off the floor. There are numerous drawers and trays for keeping all your sewing notions well organized. When you're done, you simply push the rolling caddy back into place, close the swinging doors, and lock the cabinet for secure storage.

The very best customer service from Kangaroo that I have ever encountered. I really can not say enough good things about Kangaroo customer service and their product. If you are looking for a sewing/quilting cabinet do not overlook this product you will not be sorry for checking them out.

This my second Aussie sewing cabinet. I moved and due to the distance I had to leave my first one with the new buyers of our home. They were so excited to recieve the cabinet. I had no second thoughts on which one to order for my new home. I love this product

If it hadn't been for a snow storm, I would have received my product the day after the order was placed. It actually came in 2 days! The product took a good 7 hours for my husband and I to assemble. May not be an appropriate product for a novice carpenter. Hardware bags were not marked although the wood pieces were clearly identified. Assembly video on the internet was extremely helpful.

I am 71 years old and I put this together by myself, my husband is not handy. He did help me turn it over and held 2 of the boards while I put them together.

I didn't get a free chair but the table came in just a few days. Haven't set it up yet but so far I am thrilled.

It is a great product. Works with the new larger machines. Very good assembly instructions. Liked the glue. It is thicker but doesn't run, not messy.
