A modern airlift mechanism will move your sewing machine up and down effortlessly into three positions: free-arm, flatbed, and storage. Four drawers offer plenty of storage for sewing essentials, and two fold-out leaves provide a large work surface for all your projects. The cabinet comes with a universal insert to fit most sewing machines and create a flush sewing surface.
Silver metal hardware and a curtain dress up this classic sewing cabinet, enhancing its homey appeal. Although the gingham curtain is not included, a pattern is included for you to customize your own curtain to conceal the sewing machine while in the storage position. Simple assembly requires a hammer, power screw driver, and an adjustable wrench.

The predrilled holes for the cams and dowels on both the front plate and backplate were reversed. So dowels were too narrow for holes and the cam holes were too small for cam pins. Easy fix by hubby, otherwise a fabulous looking cabinet. Really heavy duty. I'm very satisfied. Gave 4 stars because of the holes on wrong place. For the price, I feel parts should have been perfect

Everything is great on this one. This was easy to put together due to good instuctions. It did take a while. Delivery was fast as well. So Thumbs up on this one. I did feel the price was a little High. I have a small room and this will fit just great. I am a beginner quilter.
