What We Like About the Lamont Double Mobile Desk

The Lamont Double Mobile Desk provides an extra-long workspace. Opens to create a workspace 72 inches wide. Folds down to 19 inches wide, 18 inches deep, and 29 inches high to help you save space when you aren't using it. Six dual-track carpet casters let you roll the desk wherever you need it. Five central drawers make it easy to reach stored accessories from either side. The white-finished desk features beadboard details on the side with nickel-finish handles, and the light wood-finished desk features bronzed handles. The black desk has nickel-finished handles. Use this large double desk for working on your sewing, crafts, and for general work.

Was looking for a sewing table for my mom for a christmas gift. Was needing something that would not take up much space when not in use. Liked the design that it would fold out and give her a lot of room when sewing. Should of read the reviews better before purchasing and not going by the looks of the item. As stated before very poor design and poor assembly instructions and construction. The dual track carpet casters are very poor quality one has already broke.

I read the reviews before purchasing and a recurring complaint was about the poor quality/operation of the drawers. Despite that, the reviews were positive, so I ordered it. Like many reviewers, I needed MUCH extra glue (especially since I was only sent one small bottle instead of the two on the parts list). But when I got ready to insert the drawers, I had major problems!! Two of the drawers fit comfortably into the inserts, but the other three have to be shoved in and pried out. I had no idea just how bad a design this was and do not recommend it.
